Steve Weiss
Steve Weiss brings more than 25 years of experience in investor relations and over 40 years in business communications and financial management, advising companies across complex corporate and capital-markets environments. His background spans corporate finance, strategic communications, and organizational leadership, with senior roles at major media and publishing organizations including CBS Inc and Universal Media.
In his investor relations work, Steve has advised public companies across the biotech, energy, technology, and pharmaceutical industries, supporting follow-on offerings, M&A transactions, restructurings, shareholder engagement, earnings programs, and other IR activities. He has partnered closely with CEOs, CFOs, and boards to develop investor messaging and manage communications with institutional and retail investors, including during periods of market volatility. His experience includes improving valuation and investor understanding by helping companies communicate their strategy with clarity and consistency.
A seasoned strategic problem-solver, Steve also brings deep expertise in organizational development, international finance, and corporate credit and debt counseling and resolution. He previously served as Chairman of the American Business Press (ABP), where he contributed to several financial management committees, supporting governance and financial oversight initiatives.
Outside of his professional work, Steve is an avid saltwater and deep-sea fishing enthusiast and a longtime admirer of Eric Clapton’s work with Cream, Blind Faith, and The Yardbirds. He also enjoys coffee, ancient history, and classic films such as Wall Street, The Godfather, and Casino. He is the proud father of three grown sons.

Working with talented professionals runs in the family. Steve is the son of the late Stanley Weiss, a recording engineer who earned four gold albums, including projects with Barbra Streisand, Bob Dylan, and Andy Williams.
